On September 21 the “Golden Mènyuán – Forest Sea and Snowfield” 2025 Mènyuán Xianmi Forest‑Sea Orienteering Run and Hike kicked off at the Jiu‑yang‑gou Scenic Area of Xianmi National Forest in Mènyuán County, Qinghai Province. Eight hundred participants set out with “feet + wisdom” to explore the national‑level forest park, getting an early preview of the autumn scenery that will be popular in October.

At the same time a market of local agricultural products was set up, featuring more than 80 items from eight county‑wide companies that showcase the high‑altitude specialties of the region. By blending sport with culture and tourism, the event helps connect the local economy with visitors and gives rural brands a chance to reach a wider audience.
